Job Summary
You will play an important role in the development and application of quantitative pharmacology models to support drug discovery and development programs. The level of the position is flexible depending on the experience.
Location: Australia. Visa sponsorship is available. This position offers flexibility with the option for full remote work or partial office-based work in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop pharmacometrics models and simulations, such as PK/PD modeling, PopPK, Exposure Response Analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to design and analyze clinical trials, including dose selection, study design, and data interpretation.
• Perform model-based simulations to support decision-making throughout the drug development process.
• Provide expertise in pharmacometrics and quantitative pharmacology to inform drug development strategies and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Stay current with advances in pharmacometrics methodologies and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.
• Communicate results and findings effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners through presentations, reports, and publications.
• Lead projects, aligned with your experience.

Qualifications
• PhD or equivalent in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, or related field. MSc also apply as we are open to PhD sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and quantitative pharmacology principle including population PK/PD modeling, exposure-response analysis, and model-based simulations.
• Proficiency in pharmacometrics software such as NONMEM.
