Job Description:
The Solar Electrician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems. This role involves working on various residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service and maintain the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Install, test, and commission solar PV systems.
⦁ Perform routine maintenance and repair on solar installations.
⦁ Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
⦁ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with solar power systems.
⦁ Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Required Certifications:
⦁ NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
⦁ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
⦁ City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing)
⦁ Solar PV Installation certification (e.g., MCS, NICEIC)

Experience:
⦁ Proven experience in solar PV installation and maintenance
⦁ Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols

Skills:
⦁ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
⦁ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
⦁ Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach

Other Requirements:
⦁ Full UK driving license
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⦁ Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required

Position: Commercial Gas Service Engineer
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: East Anglia, London and Southeast
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £18-25/hr (DOE) – Door to Door Pay
Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Gas Service Engineer to join a reputable company in Suffolk covering the London and Southeast region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of commercial gas works, including servicing and repairs, all while adhering to current gas safety regulations and the company’s standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently carry out commercial gas activities with a problem-solving mindset.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues, no matter the complexity.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with both the team and clients.
• Accurately read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety practices.
• Keep precise records of all work performed.
• Proven experience in working with commercial plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the gas industry.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS checks.
• Desirable qualifications include PASMA scaffold tower and IPAF mobile elevated working platform certifications.
• Current commercial gas and plumbing qualifications (City and Guilds Level 3). Training will be provided where necessary.
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required, with notice.

ARC are currently looking for a Groundworker to start on Thursday 22nd August.

For this position, you must have the following:

• CSCS
• Full PPE
• Tools

This temporary work for a Ground worker is for an ongoing duration, on a residential project in Stevenage.

The working hours are 7.30pm - 5am, Monday to Friday. The work will involve all aspects of ground works.

Experience is essential in this role.
