DUTIES

Once trained your duties as a Customer Service Executive / Agent include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat

• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

• Providing product information and guidance

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Upholding the company's high standards of service
