We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Retail Director who has a strong strategic background leading a senior management team, operations and overseeing the future growth of the business.
Working as the Retail Director you will ensure seamless operations and continuous growth across all retail channels. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will set and execute the strategic vision, drive profitable sales, and foster a high-performance culture within the retail team.
As the Retail Director you will be a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational management to maximise the company’s market position and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Retail Director include:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy to achieve commercial objectives and enhance brand presence
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a large retail team, cultivating a collaborative and customer-first culture
• Oversee day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring consistent brand standards, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer service
• Analyse market trends, sales performance, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise revenue
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader business goals
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and eCommerce teams to ensure a cohesive omnichannel experience
• Drive innovative solutions to improve store performance, customer engagement, and competitive advantage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across all retail locations
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in a senior retail management position, ideally as a Retail Director or equivalent
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a successful track record of delivering profitable growth in a multi-site retail environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• A customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of retail best practices and a passion for enhancing customer experience
• Experience in managing budgets, P&L, and KPIs to drive operational and financial performance
• Knowledge of retail compliance standards, including health and safety regulations
