We have an exciting opportunity within our Large Loss team for an experienced Property claims handler. As a Senior Claims Technician in Large Loss you’ll be responsible for the handling of a portfolio of complex and high value claims.

What you’ll be doing:
Pro-active management of a portfolio of Property claims with a potential of £500K+ from notification through to settlement.
Your portfolio will be predominantly first party Commercial Property losses such as fire, flood and storm which might also include business interruption and alternative accommodation.
Delivering excellent customer service whilst maintaining accurate estimating and controlling indemnity spend.
Sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of others in your team and in the wider claims community.
Building excellent working relationships with Loss Adjusters, solicitors and other suppliers.
Regular communication with policyholders and their representatives and underwriting colleagues.
