The Opportunity:
· Location: West, Singapore
· Basic Salary: Up to $2,300 (Based on experience)
· Working hours: 12 hours per shift, following 3443 schedule, rotation shift of 8am – 8pm or vice versa.
Responsibilities:
Functional:
· Oversee and manage activities in the QC labs and associated areas, including:
QC Change Room
Sample Retain Room
Inventory Room
Other areas as per site layout
· Execute QC procedures (SOPs) for conducting lab analysis.
· Prepare and maintain instruments used in the laboratory.
· Collect raw material samples from the plant.
· Maintain general housekeeping of the lab.
· Assist supervisors in setting up new analytical methods and techniques.
· Ensure all data is accurately generated according to SOPs and transferred to SAP.
· Review and validate test results against predefined specifications.
· Promptly report abnormalities to the manager.
· Ensure safe work practices in the lab and surrounding areas.
· Comply with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standard requirements.
· Perform additional tasks as required.
EH&S (Environmental, Health & Safety):
· Adhere to lab safety procedures and comply with site safety regulations, processes, and work guidelines to ensure personal and colleague safety.
· Serve as a safety role such as First Aider, EHS Committee Member, or Fire Warden when appointed.
· Maintain and update the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for the laboratory.
Requirements:
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
· Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
