As a Sales Executive, your focus will be to contribute to the company's growth by securing and managing contracts with businesses requiring comprehensive cleaning services.

1. Prospecting, Targeting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and businesses in need of cleaning services.
- Target commercial properties, offices, industrial facilities, conservancies, and other businesses requiring cleaning contracts.
- Utilize various channels, including industry events, trade shows, online platforms such as Tenderboard, and referrals to generate leads.
2. Understanding Client Needs:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements.
- Tailor proposals and presentations to address the unique needs of clients.
3. Proposal Development:
- Create comprehensive and competitive proposals for various cleaning contracts.
- Ensure proposals include detailed specifications, pricing structures, and service level agreements.
4. Negotiation and Contract Closure:
- Engage in negotiations with potential clients to finalize contract terms and conditions.
- Secure signed contracts and agreements for cleaning services.
5. Building relationships:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted businesses.
- Maintain regular communication to understand evolving needs and preferences.
6. Collaboration with Operations Team:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a clear understanding of client expectations.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from the sales phase to the implementation of cleaning services.
7. Contract Renewals:
- Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively engage in contract renewal discussions.
- Identify opportunities for suggestions on any additional cleaning services to existing clients.
8. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Main accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and communications.
- Utilize digital tools for effective management of client details.
9. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance against targets, and forecasts for future business.
10. Compliance and Legal Understanding:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to cleaning contracts.

Prior experience in cleaning industry is preferred.
Must have strong computer literacy skills as you will be required to liaise with clients via emails, preparing of presentations and contracts using various Microsoft apps.
