Job Purpose


Responsible for the day today embedding of the Hospitality service, including development of onsite café & shops in all areas of the business where applicable.
To ensure food and hygiene standards are met.
To plan national menus across the group, alongside Head Chefs.
To provide day to day management and training of hospitality Colleagues and to deal with direct Resident issues.
Build on Dining room experiences
IDDSI training for colleagues
Internal audits inc Advinia catering manual, and prevent & Protect.
Working with various multi disciplinary teams across the group to provide clear guidance around prevent & protect manuals for Housekeeping Colleagues. Embedding new processes and understanding each home's requirements.


Requirements:


C & Guilds or NVQ 1 and 2 in Catering Services.
Intermediate Food Hygiene
Industrial Catering in a Supervisory capacity.
Food Safety Legislation.
H.A.C.C.P Principles and their application within Catering.
Presentation Standards
Awareness of Budgetary Control and Financial Planning
Commitment to delivery of high standard service.
Highly Motivated
Individual with initiative and willingness to make improvements.
