This role will involve a real hands-on approach as you will be supporting people to maintain their health and wellbeing.

You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week and alternate weekends, between the hours of 7am- 10pm.

For this role we need you to be a driver with a full UK driving licence that you have held for over a year for insurance purposes. You must be willing to drive a mobility vehicle, so you can get around Leicester and make the most of the time you are spending with the people you support.

Ability to commute/relocate: LE4 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required).

You will be working alongside 6 people who live in their own flats within the same building in Leicester (LE2), so it is important that you can connect and share their interests. We need people like you to ensure they can live as independently as possible.

If you are positive and friendly person, who enjoys encouraging people to try new activities and are passionate about helping people to access their community, then we want to hear from you.

You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, focusing on day to day skills as well as getting out into the community. The have a wide range of interests including the theatre, musicals, listening to music, day trips and going to discos! You could be part of our team and help to support people to maintain or learn new skills needed to live their best lives!

So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.

This is a part time role working 22.5 hours a week. You should be available to work a variety of shifts between the hours of 7am – 10pm across the week and alternate weekends..

For this role we need you to be a driver with a full UK driving licence that you have held for over a year for insurance purposes. You must be willing to drive a mobility vehicle, so you can get around Leicester and make the most of the time you are spending with the people you support.

Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010

Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.

We are looking for someone to join our fantastic team in Glen Parva, supporting 3 people in their own home with complex needs who requires extra support to achieve goals. Do you enjoy going out in the local community? Are you a big cooking fan? Then we want to hear from you.

You will be supporting in their own home, so it’s important you can engage, share moments and make memories.

We are looking for people for a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. The shifts include early and late shifts and some weekend working.
