PRIMARY PURPOSE:To function as the Unit Deployment Manager ensuring assigned personnel are qualified and ready to meet Air Expeditionary Force requirements.

DUTIES:

1. Plans, organizes, and oversees all unit level deployment activities.

3. Provides technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding unit deployment program.
4. Ensures personnel and equipment readiness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing, testing, maintaining and upgrading network operations software for fifteen activities. Ensure all equipment is PII compliant. Monitors ongoing operation of network systems to ensure hardware and software are functioning properly and that operational standards are met. Uses established computer techniques to identify and promptly resolve network-related problems within the organization. Troubleshoots hardware, software, and Local Area Network (LAN) problems.
• Identifies and determines correct action to be taken in case of individual job failures not covered by standard procedures. Resolves partial system failures (software or hardware related) by providing for revised applications of system operating capabilities, which involves working through or around the problems with reduced capacity and readjusting the system when full operating configurations are resolved. Collaborate with external organizations to identify problems with applications, operation systems, or hardware that are difficult to pinpoint.
• Suggests methods for sequencing and software/hardware configuration to accept new requirements and resolve processing malfunctions. Adapts or develops new work procedures and instructions for applications by self or others. Administers the process to consider user request for additional computer hardware and software. Analyzes processes and/or problems relative to the design of selection of automated systems.
• Coordinates with other base agencies and contractors to ensure compliance standards are met. Maintains an extensive Organizational inventory of computer hardware and software. Assist in the installation and testing of computer upgrades and updates. Make system improvement recommendations. Maintains established applications programs and modifies program contents to provide new data and output when such changes do not modify original programming logic and technique. Reviewer and approver for squadron purchase orders for computer equipment, hardware, software, specifications, and compatibility with current equipment.
• Disposes of old and outdated systems IAW DoD Standards. Implements security plans, procedures, and training to comply with Wing, Air Force, and DoD Standards. Provide customer training and assistance on new computer systems. Provides technical assistance to current and potential users of system to minimize computer disruptions. Provides support assistance on DLS, Qubica, SETS, Aloha, Foodtrac, Qustodio, QOLNET in response to customer requirements. Serves as the Unit's Cyber Security Liaison (CSL), Information Assurance Officer (IAO) and Computer Support
• Administrator (CSA). Meets all suspense in a timely manner. Required to travel IAW JTR to attend conferences, training sessions, and other related meetings.

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a 12 AF (AFSOUTH)/A3 Program Analyst and Strategist within 12 AF (AFSOUTH)/A3X (Future Plans); applies formal training, military rated aviator expertise, headquarters staff work experience, strategic and operational planning expertise; uses leadership, mentorship, and team-building experience to: mentor and develop 12 AF (AFSOUTH) Planning Enterprise (PE) planners and 12 AF (AFSOUTH) Action Officers; applies joint planning processes; synchronizes planning with USSOUTHCOM, Components, Partner Nations, and applicable inter-agencies; advises PE Director and 12 AF (AFSOUTH)/CC on strategy development; seeks and implements Commander's guidance and
priorities; ensures the full range of Theater Security Cooperation priorities, resources, policies, and law are considered; develops Air Component Campaign Support Plan, branches, and sequels.

• Lead Headquarters' operational planning, joint coordination, and inter-agency synchronization
• Leads component staff in operational planning to support USSOUTHCOM and other combatant commands campaign objectives using strategic/operational planning tools and techniques.

• Performs a full range of simple cooking tasks by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing such as pancakes, sausage, eggs, hamburgers and fresh or canned vegetables.
• Prepares hot cereals, broiled meats; prepares and cooks concentrated or dehydrated soups, sauces, and gravies; makes cold sandwich fillings.
• Prepares convenience items such as frozen hash browns, fish fillets and chicken nuggets. Some cooks at this level prepare and bake pizza.
• Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring or breading; weighs, measures and assembles ingredients for regular menu items; sets up and replenishes salad bar; portions foods for distribution and meal service, and covers, dates and stores leftovers according to established procedures. Washes and cleans kitchen equipment.
• Mix ingredients according written recipes that procedure quality products, minimize preparation time, and avoid food material waste.

• Working Conditions: Works in hot and noisy kitchens. Exposed ti steam, fumes and odors. Danger of falling, burns and cuts. Exposed to extreme temperatures when entering walk-in refrigerators or freezer units. Subject to possible cuts from knives or burns from steam, hot goods, and hot grease and water.

• Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 355 Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Personal Property and Passenger Travel Section, ensuring that traffic management support complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
• Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
• Represents the 355 Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Personal Property and Passenger Travel Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
• Personal Property Shipment and Storage-In-Transit. Provides documentation, counseling, entitlement,
  determination, method, mode, rate, and routing determinations ensuring lowest overall cost method/mode is used
  and in accordance with (IAW) established guidelines.
• Passenger Movement. Administers the local implementation of Department of Defense (DoD) Contract City Pairs Program, ensuring the lowest cost mode of travel is utilized.
• Contracting. Serves as the Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) for personal property contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Sets up recreation areas for scheduled activities; records attendance; takes reservations and payment for trips and tours
• Notifies participants of schedule changes; arranges for equipment or tools, charging them out to participants, and checking them for condition on their return

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Wing Program Integration Office Director and Analysis Officer, exercising managerial authorities over the installation's bed-down and operational transition of the Secretary of Air Force directed standup of an Air Force Special Operations Command Power projection Wing, a new Air Task Force and a Combat Services Support Team.
