1. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities within the AFIMSC Innovation and Improvement Division, ensuring assigned personnel comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs

4. Performs continuous manpower and organizational improvement analyses and projects for a wide range of diverse programs, their capabilities, and functions as relating to the I&MS enterprise, or other assigned tasks.

1. Accomplish initial planning functions to include facilities and equipment planning.
2. Review and evaluate suggestions involving equipment.
3. Ensure follow up is in place for facilities development.
4. Develop/revise standards for Equipment to track and maintain life cycle usefulness.
5. On new and proposed weapon system repair assignment, establish and identifies the common, Air Ground Equipment (AGE) and maintenance Ground Equipment (MGE) requirements.
6. Provide technical guidance and coordination on unusual technical problems (for equipment) encountered during the production cycle.
7. Value Engineering Techniques will be used to: Examine high volume/high value components for design changes, depot repair procedures, substitution of equipment, etc.; to investigate processes and repair procedures for improvement; to design adequate tooling for depot operations not covered by technical data and provides adequate fixtures and equipment for direct production support.
8. Support the Production Supervisors in production meetings and assist in identifying significant issues.
9. Comply with and assist in implementing Command standard business practices, policies & procedures.

• Plans, organizes, and oversees the product support planning and management activities of acquisition and sustainment for assigned Air and ground COMSEC and Key programs, projects, and systems.
• Leads an LCL Integrated Product Team (IPT) for product support execution.
• Oversight of the Air and Ground COMSEC Product Support functions.

• DUTY 1: Develops and delivers software and/or other digital services (cyber, cloud, platform, data, and/or artificial intelligence) through the following execution phases: design, development, installation, test, implementation, modification, documentation and follow-on maintenance.
• DUTY 2: Manages mission knowledge, information, and situational awareness processes and systems using an agile approach. Provides streamlined mission information flows improving the quality and speed of decision making, reduce duplication of effort, and maximizes automation by integrating processes and mission information technologies, systems, and tools across internal and external organizations.
• DUTY 3: Serves as Project Lead for cyberspace capability development, assessment, and fielding. Manages cyber capability development and fielding projects. Develops and maintains software and digital technology systems and processes to support enterprise and/or cyber mission needs; develops rules and requirements that describe baseline and target architectures.\
• DUTY 4: Represents assigned teams and digital products with a variety of Department, Headquarters, installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with relevant Joint DoD, AF, Center and Directorate organizations.

• DUTY 1: Implements program management principles on assigned projects/programs including cost estimates, schedules, and performance supportability baseline requirements by applying known methods and procedures.
• DUTY 2: Plans, organizes, coordinates, and assesses activities of functional specialist including contracting, engineering, manufacturing, program control, configuration/data management, test, and logistics.
• DUTY 3: Reviews and directs the progress of contractors in meeting program objectives. Takes appropriate actions to implement terms and conditions set forth in negotiations, contracting plans and budgets, subcontractor participation, and addition or discontinuance of work by the contractor.
• DUTY 4: Prepares and presents staff studies for presentation to the Program Director and other management officials. Conducts briefings, presentations, and demonstrations on status of studies, associated costs, adherence to baselines and schedules, etc.

• DUTY 1: Independently advises users in all phases of the EKMS and KMI. Advises on system implementation, operations, upgrades, problem resolution and maintenance. Configures the crypto equipment.
• DUTY 2: Performs as Executive Agent for the USAF Voice Call Sign (VCS) Program. Functions as controlling authority of a variety of US Air Force Voice Call-Sign systems used to in world-wide, joint/allied country configuration and categorized as the primary call-sign system used by the Air Force to operational/exercise mission.
• DUTY 3: Serves as COMSEC Account Manager for a select customer group. Responsible for maintaining proper accounting, storage & security of classified COMSEC Keying Material, Equipment, and AIDS (publications).
• DUTY 4: Performs trend analysis of key management issues and problems in the system hardware/software. Utilizes Help Desk job-tracker program to provide metrics in support of System Program Office (SPO) initiatives to include request for funding, software, upgrades, prioritization of workloads & projects, etc.

• DUTY 1: Independently advises users in all phases of the Air Force Electronic Key Management System (EKMS) and Key Management Infrastructure (KMI); advises COMSEC managers (Tier 2), COMSEC responsible officers (Tier 2/3), Common Tier 1 (Tier 1) operators, and Major Command representatives in understanding AFEKMS and KMI policy and procedures; develops plans with AFEKMS and KMI SPO personnel on training, fielding, and other related logistics issues.
