- DUTY 1: Develops and delivers software and/or other digital services (cyber, cloud, platform, data, and/or artificial intelligence) through the following execution phases: design, development, installation, test, implementation, modification, documentation and follow-on maintenance.
- DUTY 2: Manages mission knowledge, information, and situational awareness processes and systems using an agile approach. Provides streamlined mission information flows improving the quality and speed of decision making, reduce duplication of effort, and maximizes automation by integrating processes and mission information technologies, systems, and tools across internal and external organizations.
- DUTY 3: Serves as Project Lead for cyberspace capability development, assessment, and fielding. Manages cyber capability development and fielding projects. Develops and maintains software and digital technology systems and processes to support enterprise and/or cyber mission needs; develops rules and requirements that describe baseline and target architectures.\
- DUTY 4: Represents assigned teams and digital products with a variety of Department, Headquarters, installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with relevant Joint DoD, AF, Center and Directorate organizations.
