Kitchen Assistant working hours:

As a Kitchen Assistant you will work 15 - 25 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £12.00 – Regardless of age!

Being a Kitchen Assistant:

As a Kitchen Assistant will be to assist you will primarily be responsible for washing the pots and kitchen equipment, working at speed whilst maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. You will also get the opportunity to assist the chefs in food preparation for service or the following day. As a Bar Assistant you will work 20 - 30 hours per week, including weekends with an hourly rate of £12.00 – Regardless of age!

Being a Bar Assistant:

The main function of a Bar Assistant will be to serve drinks to our hotel guests in the bar & restaurant whilst making sure all stock and equipment in the bar area is up to standard. In addition, you will be involved in the evening entertainment from taking payments to participating in bingo calling and overseeing the charity fundraising evening.

Being a Restaurant Assistant:

Your main tasks as a Restaurant Assistant will be serving hotel guests breakfast, lunch and dinner, whilst delivering excellent customer service. You will also be required to ensuring service stations and tables are kept clean and tidy.
