Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our Ford dealership in Coventry.

As a vehicle technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility:


Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded
Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training
Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes


This position is offered on a full-time working contract of 41.31 hours a week paying £30,000 with and an OTE of £40,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager. Our average Vehicle Technician earnings were £42,000 last year, with our higher performing technicians earning on average £58,000!

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:


A full UK driving licence
Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles
MOT Tester qualification would be highly beneficial
Fantastic verbal and written English skills
Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)

Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Service Driver for our Ford dealership in Coventry. You will be working to an efficient schedule whilst serving as the face of the company, being the first person to meet and greet the customer. This position is offered on a full time, 40 hour a week contract, Monday – Friday and paying £21,673.60 per annum reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Required Experience

Previous driving experience isn’t required but would be advantageous for this position. What we do require is a full clean driving licence that has been held for at least 12 months.
