Offering product and price information to customers.
Preparing sales invoices and maintaining detailed records of sales activity.
Handling customer complaints or forwarding them to relevant member of the team. Communicating and meeting with the head of the department to assess, analyse, and develop action plans for sales and marketing.
Carrying out general sales and marketing administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and managing office supplies for sales and marketing purposes.
Creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content. Managing social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries.
Engaging with customers to address inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring satisfaction.
Conducting market research to identify potential customers, competitors and new opportunities.
