What you'll be doing
- Lead on Food Production, prepare meals, management of a single kitchen and team of Assistants / Team Leader
- Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit
- Responsible for ensuring efficient execution and delivery of all food line products in line with the daily menu
- Ensure strict compliance with Aramark Hygiene and Safety requirements
- Prepare and manage accurate projections for all P & L accounts including raw materials, wages etc.
- Line management, scheduling and performance management of Team Leaders on site and, in some cases, direct line management of Team Members
- Ensure Team Leaders and Team Members receive appropriate training to company policies; legal and health and safety requirements
- Identify & unlock opportunity for growth
- Maintain & develop client relationships
- Develop strategic plans & value proposition
- This is a fully “hands on” operational role.
- Responsible for all aspects for ordering and completion of all on company systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers.
Experience
- A DBS check will be required to complete your application
- Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential
- Have excellent customer service skills
- E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food safety level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety.
