- Serves as a Fitness Facility Manager directing and supervising diverse functions required to operate a fitness facility.
- Assists in the development of budgetary and manpower requirements and recommends adjustments due to changes in program demands or hours of operation.
- Continually assesses facility requirements and develops plans and specifications for projects to augment or replace fitness and sports facilities.
- Oversees the inventory of property; fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
