- Serves as a Lead Logistics Management Specialist and Team Leader overseeing Total Package Fielding (TPF) programs for Materiel Fielding and Training, Tank-automotive and Armaments Command and associated Program Managers.
- Leads fielding as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides de-processing and transfer of various new or displaced equipment to members of the United States Armed Forces.
- Oversees all assigned logistics, supply and fielding programs and participates in meetings with program management, sustainment, and contractor personnel as TPF subject matter expert.
- Manages and coordinates Total Package Fielding (TPF) requirements and schedules for team.
- Prepares reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
- Researches, learns, and applies a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products.
- Leads the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provide leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements can be made.
