• Actively participate in the creation of an Information Technology Project Management structure that will effectively and efficiently ensure that projects are well documented, effectively planning with appropriate resources, and successfully brought to completion.
• Maintain effective communication with IT management representative regarding developments that may impact the organization portfolio and strategic plans; and interfaces with all levels of project and client teams to provide clear advice through application of best practices and methodologies.
• Assess requirements and facilitates changes to meet strategic business requirements while sensitizing CPD and its business partners to the realities of current and future technical architectures.
