The role
The Unified Communications Administrator is to provide assistance and administration support to the Unified Communications Department including reporting, communication and the upkeep of documentation. As the first point of contact for the Unified Communications Team, this role is critical to ensure the ongoing performance of A&Gs Communication system, Genesys.
Position Accountabilities
Manage and maintain all Unified Communications files, ensuring all information received is reviewed and filed accordingly.
Manage Unified Communications shared inbox, promptly replying to enquiries, filing emails and sharing communications with the team.
Effectively liaise and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Record and coordinate recommendations on system improvements initiatives.
Support the wider team in identifying opportunities within the Genesys Platform working towards a seamless experience for our customers.
Assist in preparing and submitting Unified Communications reporting and presentations.
