Position Overview

This is a rare opportunity to join our Named Accounts sales team where we focus on building strategic relationships with a large enterprise customer.

The Named Account Sales Executive is a direct sales role to cover a Tier 1 account which is part of a cross-industry team spanning our full portfolio - AEC, PD&M and M&E. You will lead us in convergence and platform solutions that grow some of our most strategic customers' business together. You will help this influential customer navigate the challenges associated with digital transformation, industry convergence, and the changes to their business.

You will report to the Senior Sales Manager, Tier One Named Accounts. This position is remote in the United States.

Responsibilities

Establish Unique Customer Business Value

• Develop high value relationships and align with executive led business initiatives

• Translate customer challenges and opportunities into business value

• Connect customer business issues with Autodesk strategies to support and re-think their initiatives

• Position Autodesk as a trusted advisor

Account Team Leadership

• Lead the Extended Sales Team - coordinates and influence all of the appropriate resources for Account and Opportunity development

• Build a global/ virtual team (sales, support and consulting), develop strong working relations across GEOs and functions (finance, operations, division, etc.)

• Develop and communicate customer-specific enterprise level strategies

• Build and implement a business and account/customer plan

• Communicate vision for account both internal to Autodesk and externally to the customer

• Orchestrate and align resources across the Autodesk matrix

• Grow the opportunity pipeline by promoting a consumption, expansion, and big idea mindset

• Conduit to Autodesk product groups and Industry Strategy Marketing to inform and influence decision-making for our customers

Drive Results

• Achieve high-growth revenue and consumption targets from all areas of the business

• Meet annual and multi-year year targets (revenue, consumption, billings, major milestones)

• Plan and realize Tier 1 extraordinary long-term high growth

• Gain of market share, use cases, and new personas

• Ensure accurate forecasting

• Develop proposals that maximize opportunities by linking our value proposition to customer goals

• Expand high value relationships and influences including at C-level/board level to impact their corporate strategy and business model

• Negotiate enterprise contracts and amendments

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role, exceeding a seven-figure quota

• Sales experience in a direct large Enterprise software sales environment

• Experience managing C-Level relationships across AEC, M&E, and Manufacturing industries with an emphasis on Automotive Design and Manufacturing

• Experience creating and delivering executive level innovation workshops and initiative creation events

• Team selling and executive selling experience

• Strong sales process and account planning experience

Position Overview

As the Sr Manager, Channel Sales at Autodesk, your primary objective will be to lead a team of partner professionals, create relationships with key partners and drive revenue growth. You will develop strategies to expand our revenue with existing Autodesk channel ecosystem partners as Autodesk evolves to a platform organization.

You will report to the Senior Director of AMER Channel Sales.

Location: remote United States

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of channel professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to lead team performance and achieve channel sales objectives

• Set clear sales targets, tracking and evaluating partner and team performance

• Provide mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members

• Develop channel strategies to increase revenue, market penetration, and partner satisfaction, with an emphasis on new and expansion growth

• Conduct regular business reviews with partners and team to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and driveaccountability

• Develop partner's evolution to expanding the Autodesk solutions with value added professional and consulting services, and IP development

• Evaluate partner alignment with our business objectives and ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership

• You will build strong relationships with core partners and be a trusted advisor and advocating for the partner's voice internally, advocating for their needs and feedback to improve our products, services, and partner programs

• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the partner management strategy, ensuring alignment with our goals

• Collaborate with teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partner initiatives with business objectives

• Analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partner performance

• Maintain partner management processes and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AECo) and Design and Manufacturing industries

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with a focus on SaaS/Cloud and channel management

• 5+ years experience with leading and managing channel teams, with a proven track record of successfully driving team performance and achieving sales objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Experience with existing Autodesk partners (DMR partners such as CDW, SHI, Insight is desirable)

• Direct sales experience

• Ability to travel ~20%.

Position Overview

Autodesk is hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Account-Based Marketing. You will lead a team of Account-Based marketers focused on the development and measurement of tailored high-touch account-based marketing programs in collaboration with the Named Accounts sales teams.

Responsibilities

Management:

• Manage a team of 5 account-based marketers

• Coach and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management

• Ensure that the team's marketing programs are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines

• Ensure that the team has focus on the buyer's journey and deploying the right account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right engagement at the right time

• Help to guide the strategy for Named Accounts ABM

• Ensure that the team is supported as they develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans for accounts focused on expanding business and ensuring customer use and adoption

Collaboration and Interface:

• Primary liaison with the Named Accounts sales leaders

• Engage with the sales leads to coordinate, communicate, and improve the impact of marketing activities

• Collaborate with Industry Marketing, Marketing Systems & Services partners to ensure execution of account-based campaigns to targeted accounts, and 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing tactics to select focus accounts

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain an accurate and actionable understanding of campaign results concerning target accounts

• Review and provide overall analysis of account-based campaigns

• Ensure that each marketer is tracking and measuring individual campaign results

Budget and Revenue Accountability :

• Work with internal marketing, sales, and customer success partners to ensure requirements for development deployment of campaigns are secured

• Manage team budget allocation, tracking of actuals, and reporting

• Monitor the delivery and execution of plans, and measure the effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and Return on investment to inform any adjustments

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience managing and leading a team

• 8+ years B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific skills

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

• Experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etc.

• Experience in the design, manufacturing, media and entertainment production design, architecture, engineering, and construction industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Is passionate about customer outcomes

• Excel at team leadership, individual development, and collaborating with colleagues and partners

• Experience with successful results and contribution of the team

• Modern marketer; knowledgeable and experienced at using a mix of tactics, tools, and methodologies to deliver the right message
