You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all staff are supported and always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents’ personal, psychological, and social care needs are met. You will be the focal point of all family, resident and professionals contact in the home.
Your team will be extremely important too, looking to provide inspirational leadership and daily management. You will undertake regular staff recruitment, embedding an open culture to empower your staff to be the best team possible, always looking to demonstrate our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.
It is essential/ preferred for this position that you hold a current NMC pin but not essential.

To join us a Care Home Manager, it is essential that you have 4 years’ experience in the care home sector with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management position. You will have sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding and the MCA. You will have the super-human characteristics of being efficient whilst always putting people first, showing kindness and still have energy to love life and make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.
