Main purpose of the role
To lead the onsite Vehicle Enhancement Team to meet daily production targets in line with customer standards and KPI’s. Ensuring effective management of staff, maximisation of available resources and a positive customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Ensure all sites targets are met.
Ensure all Customer KPI’s are met by supporting & developing their Smart Repairs team.
Quality Assurance check all work produced by the Vehicle Enhancement Team to ensure high standards of work are maintained and customer expectations are met.
To ensure customer Service Level Agreements are adhered to by chasing down priority vehicles ensuring they are repaired within the requested time scales.
To support the Repair Team with a hands-on approach as required to ensure efficiencies & volumes are maximised.
Action upgrades & downgrades by liaising with inspection teams to enhance quality of production & service delivery.
Ensure all work is completed within the time allotted and work efficiently to ensure you meet the required standards.
Identify sub-standard repairs and action rectification early.
Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues and customer.
Ensure that all employment, environmental, health and safety, PPE and other policies are strictly always adhered to.
To complete all the repair(s) up to the Company standard ready for final quality control up to and including all forms of prep work, masking, priming, paint mixing, paint & polish work.

The ability to achieve high volume on demand to meet our KPI's.
Good attention to detail.
Essential
Experienced vehicle painter / prepper / Polisher / Supervisor.
Full UK driving license.
