We are looking for experienced and proactive Project Managers to join our team, with multiple roles available on both permanent and contractor bases. The successful candidates will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring the alignment of project goals with business objectives.
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of complex projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, driving transformation and innovation across various functions of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, control spending, and ensure that financial resources are used efficiently, delivering projects within the agreed budget.
Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring the availability and effective use of personnel and tools.
Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, produce status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring visibility of project health.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and adoption of new processes, systems, or organisational structures.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project outcomes meet the defined quality standards and deliver value to the business.
Agile or Waterfall Delivery: Depending on the project, lead initiatives using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Post-Implementation Reviews: Conduct lessons learned sessions and provide recommendations for future projects, ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:
