The role
As an Implementation Coordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary where you'll provide a significant support to Devonport Royal Dockyard by managing the space of offices and industrial welfare.
Day-to-day, you'll manage day-to-day accommodation requests made by the business including the creation of move plans, liaising with key stakeholders, managing expectations as well monitoring risks and issues associated to the moves.
- Liaise with the security department regarding staff movements related to teams who work on various security classifications and use this guidance to make informed decisions regarding occupancy options.
- Co-ordinate office utilisation surveys and present results to management team so informed decisions can be made related to accommodation moves.
- Support, attend meetings when required and provide information to assist in the site accommodation strategy.
- Undertake assessments of buildings/offices to plot suitable desk plans, considering legislation/ guidance regarding maximum capacity and suitable layouts.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Essential experience of the Implementation Coordinator:
- Understands the need to drive change to deliver business, team and personal objectives.
- Awareness and understanding of commercial drivers and general business finance.
- Effective communication and people skills with the ability to collate and present information at appropriate levels.
- Qualifications for the Implementation Coordinator:
- GCSE in English and Maths at grade C or equivalent
- NVQ L2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
