Job Description:

- Plans and designs IT Audit Program to ensure improvement in the IT General Controls and Application Controls

- Conduct audit or lead audit teams in performance IT Audit and review of systems application and IT process

- Perform pre and post implementation reviews of system implementation or enhancements

- IT Security Audits including evaluating if security vulnerabilities are properly identified and mitigated

- Evaluate information general computing controls and provide value added feedback. Test compliance with those controls

- Perform various other reviews of IT management policies and procedures such as change management, business continuity planning/ disaster recovery and information security to ensure that controls surrounding these process are adequate

1.     Design network communication architecture based on Bank's needs

2.     Configure hardware/software based on configuration standards

3.     Carrying out capacity planning and monitoring for the network communications system

4.     Quickly identify, diagnose and resolve network communications and hardware/software related problems

1.     Collaborate and cooperate with various stakeholders to develop technical security solutions, plans, and configurations to meet the goals of the Bank, as well as identify potential cyber-attacks on the Bank's infrastructure

2.     Coordinate between teams in analyzing the security risk of the Bank's information system and IT infrastructure

3.     Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures related to information security and cybersecurity

4.     Monitoring and analyzing suspicious communication network activity to identify misuse or security threats

5.     Manage information security platforms and software, such as antivirus, firewall, and other security technologies

6.     Develop, maintain, and monitor security configurations on servers, network devices, and traffic endpoints through monitoring tools provided by the Bank

7.     Provide security awareness training regularly to all employees

8.     Develop plans and carry out simulations related to handling IT security incidents

9.     Coordinate to perform regular activity of Penetration Testing and Vulnerability assessment

10. Coordinate with related parties in updating patches on devices owned by the bank

11. Coordinate with the Business team in conducting cyber security and Information Security risk analysis

12. Coordinate to prepare regular mandatory report related to cyber security to regulator

Job Descriptions:

1.     Analyze requirements documentation and provide constructive feedback with detailed test estimations

2.     Perform test scoping, estimation, preparation, and execution for application enhancements and bug fixes

3.     Administer detailed test plans, progress reports, and end of test reports

4.     Liaise with product managers, team leads, and developers to accurately understand the systems and produce effective test scripts and execution plans

5.     Define test scenarios based on business requirements

6.     Debug, record, and manage defects throughout project lifecycle

7.     Ensure application/system delivered to the end-user with adequate quality

8.     Create and own a scalable testing pipeline throughout the development lifecycle
