We have a vacancy for a Production/Workshop Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Production Manger, you'll be the linchpin of our steel workshop manufacturing operations.

We are looking for a person with a steel fabrication background who can manage the day to day operations of our steel fabrication workshop with a current workforce of 10 employees. Your responsibilities will be to maintain high levels of safety, quality and productivity.

If you have at least 5 years prior production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, certifications in welding/fabrication at Cert III level and above, along with a deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, equipment and industry best practices, you are exactly who we are looking for.
