Are you an experienced engineer seeking a fresh challenge? We are on the lookout for dedicated engineers to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. If you have a deep understanding of motors, pumps, plumbing, electrical and electronic control systems, and possess the ability to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical devices, then we want to hear from you. Previous experience in sectors such as vending machines, HVAC, refrigeration, and more would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Timely response to business requirements nationwide
Installation of various capital equipment, including washer disinfectors and macerators
Conduct commissioning tasks and ensure equipment meets set standards
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
Carry out regular maintenance, provide breakdown coverage, and work collaboratively within the service team
Strict adherence to ISO standards with active participation
Regular updates on progress to the Regional Service Manager and Lead Service Engineer
Work in a manner prioritizing safety to minimize customer disruption
Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated technical support experience, preferably in a field-based role
Proficient in electrical and mechanical fault-finding
Knowledgeable in plumbing installations and repairs
Possession of a Technical qualification: National Certificate/City and Guilds or equivalent
Desirable qualifications include HTM 2010 and HTM2030
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Capacity to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines, and handle conflicting pressures
