This role will oversee the daily activities of the team and be involved with strategic projects thereby contributing to company success.

Finance Manager duties

Month end duties including production of management accounts, in an accurate and timely manner.
Day to day management of the finance department, ensuring compliance with company procedures and processes.
Liaising with the Finance Director on areas such as budgeting and cashflow management.
Overseeing the planning and arranging of supplier payments.
Address financial concerns with a focus on optimising processes and ensuring accuracy.
Implement cost-effective practices and adhere to budgetary constraints.
Generate necessary financial reports and ensure accuracy in processing financial documentation.
Stay informed on regulatory compliance and financial best practices.
Take charge of health and safety procedures within the financial department.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Work closely with the operational department to ensure stock accuracy.

Finance Manager person specification

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
Demonstrable experience of leading a team.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent data analysis and reporting ability.
Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Senior Client Manager position would suit a qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA) or QBE Accountant, with previous Accountancy practice experience. You will gain exposure to direct client contact, working with wide ranging clients throughout the UK. Audit experience is not a prerequisite however, it would be advantageous.

Senior Client Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Liaising with clients on multiple levels therefore, exceptional communication skills are essential, coupled with advanced IT skills and excellent project management abilities
General accounting compliance work.
Preparing financial statements, ensuring they are compliant with relevant accounting standards, whilst on occasion training others.
You need to be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of automated accountancy packages, including; Sage, Xero and CCH products.
Effective fee earner relationship through reliable contact and communication
Job specific resource management, performance, delivery and reporting
Quality control of output to ensure technical substance and effective communication
