We are a family-run company dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for young people in care (aged 16+) in Bristol and Newport. We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as a Registered Service Manager.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Shaping a safe and stimulating home for our young residents.
- Leading and mentoring our dedicated staff team.
- Ensuring the highest quality of care through compliance and best practices.
- Working collaboratively with professionals to support young people's journeys.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience managing children's homes or supported living services.
- Relevant qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management desirable.
- A strong commitment to professional development and high standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A caring and empathetic approach to working with young people.
