We are growing our Purchasing team at Côte and looking to add more brainpower. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Supply Chain, working closely with our Head Of Purchasing and Supply Chain manager to ensure the smooth running of the purchasing department.
You’ll get involved with some exciting things like supporting the new menu launch process, conducting market research, supporting the setup of new products & suppliers, securing samples & working with all relevant departments during the process.
You will also be the go-to for day-to-day problem-solving within the supply chain to support restaurants, our central production unit, distributors, and supplier operations. There will be a fair amount of administrative support to the team needed such as… managing the purchasing IT system (Comtrex) with regards to data input & output, recipes, product setup, deployment to restaurant level, queries, and CPU operation alongside any ad-hoc tasks from the team.
This role is based at our Support Office in Kensington (W8) with one day a week at our Central Kitchen (TW5), hybrid working is standard practice at Côte.
