We are currently seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to work closely with the with the Senior Head of Communications for the Functions. You will deliver internal communications to global colleagues across our Technology and Software Solutions shared service, and Finance and Legal Functions, connecting them to Capita's purpose and priorities, keeping them informed and engaged about change, and ensuring their voices are heard.

• Develop, deliver and be accountable for the communications and engagement for the areas you support
• Build a strong rapport with international colleagues to drive employee engagement across all geographies
• Ensure alignment with the Capita-wide employee communications and engagement strategy and reinforce a consistent, joined-up narrative
• Work with divisional communication and operational colleagues across Capita to source stories about successful delivery and our talented colleagues
• Deliver communications that meet the needs of our diverse, international, colleagues
• Deliver targeted, engaging, consistent and timely communication through the appropriate mix of channels
• Ensure we understand our audiences, the purpose of communicating with them and the best ways to reach them
• Articulate the vision and rationale for any changes to build understanding and connect them to our purpose and change journey
• Support leadership to clearly and effectively communicate consistent messages aligned to business priorities and change programmes
• Maximise opportunities for campaigns and thought leadership that span across internal and external social channels
• Confidently handle and navigate crisis communications
• Measure, evaluate and report on the impact of our communication and engagement activities to drive improvements
Your experience:
• Extensive communications experience across both corporate and employee change management
• Strong storytelling skills with a passion for creating compelling narratives across multiple channels for internal audiences
• Demonstrable communications experience in-house in a leadership position, working in a matrixed, multi-national corporate environment
• Experience and understanding of advocacy, conceptualising and activating dynamic advocacy campaigns and strategic partnerships
• Experience engaging and partnering with senior executives on a variety of communications topics, acting as a discreet, trusted advisor
• Experience in measuring and reporting on the success of communications and campaigns to learn, adapt and strive for better
