Location: Bedford (on site)

Pay Rate: £12.55 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00-17:00

The Role:

• Providing Planning support
• Making up files for the website
• Administer and manage the documentation system for all planning applications and appeals
• Processing amendments to planning applications
• Date entry into databases
• Preparing appeal questions
• Managing comments and complaints from interested parties
• Dealing with redaction

The Successful candidate:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Data entry experience
• Strong administrative background
• Planning experience would be desirable.

The project is building a new health care facility due to start immediately and complete in April 2026

Duties will include

• Manage all engineering services
• Manage the day to day resources
• Ensure the safe execution of the project
• Ensure all engineering services activities are in line with the Project Process Document
• Manage commercial issues and cost reporting
• Identify all client requirements and ensure they are delivered
• Represent the client in meetings
• Prepare detailed plans and procedures to administer the project
• Regular audits
• Manage project cash flow
• Manage all site procurement

Ideally you will have

• Healthcare experience
• MOD project experience
• Asta power experience
