Carbon60 are looking for two Customer Support Advisor's (known internally as Product Support Specialist's) to join our engineering client based in Northampton. This position is a 6 month temporary to permanent opportunity with training and learning and development pathways provided.
Our client is a large engineering company who provide multiple services to their clients. The Northampton branch specialise in manufacturing and providing expert product knowledge on industrial hoses. This role is working on-site Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, 40 hours/week.
We are looking for applicants who can show a keen willingness to learn and develop in this role. Our client will invest in your professional growth, improving your knowledge base on the products they provide and the service they deliver. The Product Support Team specialise in processing, purchasing and quoting on industrial hoses.
Person Specification:
- This opportunity will require someone with competent IT skills and good communication skills to succeed in the training provided.
- Demonstrating an inquisitive and hardworking mindset with a strong desire to learn will be key in this position.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
*Training will be provided on all technical aspects of this role*
Supporting the sales function with -
- Quoting on various items in the product base
- Handling processing, purchasing and all other administrative duties on the internal digital systems
- Providing support to nationwide colleagues on product queries
