Carbon60 are currently working alongside one of the UK's leading energy suppliers based in Havant to recruit a number of Customer communication advisor on a temp basis for the next 8 months.

The position will focus on ensuring customer communication regarding planned power outages due to essential maintenance is effective in providing up to date information.

We are looking for 6 individuals who have a talent for providing excellent customer service and a strong attention to detail.

These positions will be based in the office 5 days a week on a rotational shift basis including 2 Saturday in every 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Customer Contact: Initiate communication with customers about planned power outages, providing timely and accurate information.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers receive top-notch service, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Identify Vulnerable Customers: Recognise vulnerabilities during customer interactions and confidently discuss available support services.
• Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with engineers and office staff to ensure seamless information flow and service delivery.
• Flexibility and Support: Be available to support during bad weather conditions and flexible with working hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confidence in discussing vulnerabilities and support options with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and office staff.
• Flexibility to work and provide support during adverse weather conditions.

ROLE: Leasehold Service Manager

SALARY: £44,000 - £48,000 per annum

JOB TYPE: Contract, ongoing

LOCATION: Portsmouth (PO1)

HOURS: full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, hybrid: 1-2 days in the office.

THE ROLE:

The Leasehold Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Housing Management Services, including:

• Resales including Sellers Information Packs
• General Lease Enquiries
• All aspects of Lease Enforcement
• Collection of Service Charges
• Management of ASB
• Represent PCC at the First Tier Tribunal
• Manage applications for Lease Extensions
• Manager applications for Collective Enfranchisement
• Manage applications for Staircasing and sub-letting for Shared Owners

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Have proven skills and experience of Managing Leasehold stock, including RTB, Shared Ownership and Outright Sales.
• Have proven skills and experience of Section 20 Consultation.
• Have good communication skills and confidence in dealing with people face- to-face.
• Have practical experience of spreadsheet applications.
