Plumber/General Maintenance Person - Southall, Ealing, Greenford, South London areas
PLEASE NOTE: ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A PLUMBING QUALIFICATION, FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE OF GENERAL REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORK
- £21.50 per hour (PAYE) + Van + Fuel Card + Holiday Pay + Workwear
- Wages Paid weekly
- Van can be taken home daily
- Days Monday to Friday
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A recognised Plumbing Qualification
- A Full UK Driving licence
- Very good Plumbing Experience
- Experience of general maintenance and repair work - including a basic knowledge of electrical work - wiring a plug, changing a bulb, etc
Purpose of Role:
Carrying out plumbing maintenance and general repair work in commercial buildings within the Southall, Greenford, Ealing areas. This will include changing taps, repairing blockages, wiring a plug, fitting a light bulb, fitting a door handle, painting and various general plumbing maintenance and general repair work.
£21.50ph (PAYE) + you will be provided with a Van + Fuel Card + Holiday Pay + Workwear
Absolutely fantastic job that would be ideal for an experienced plumber, maintenance person or handyperson, with a plumbing qualification, full UK driving licence, good experience in plumbing, experience in general maintenance and repair and some very basic electrical knowledge and experience.
