Your role as a full-time Delivery Driver:

You will be required to deliver a first-class delivery experience to all customers, delivering approximately 80 drops per day in your first week, increasing week-on-week thereafter.

Manual handling is a major part of working as a Delivery Driver - you may be required to load your own van at the start of your shift.

Requirements as a full time Delivery Driver:

• You must be aged 21 or above
• You must have a full and valid UK/EU driving licence for min 1 year
• We accept manual licence
• You need to be self-employed
• Parcel delivery experiences is an added advantage

Day to day:
As a Production Operative, you will be preparing the fruit using tools provided, packing fruit boxes and dispatching while maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security. You will be working in cool temperatures (+6 - +8). Other duties may be required.

Prep:17:15-1:30 | Decant:17:15-1:30 | Pack: 20:15-04:30 | Despatch: 20:15-04:30

5 out of 7 shifts per week AM Shift:
Prep:6:00-17:15 | Decant:06:00-17:15 | Pack: 8:45-20:15 | Despatch: 8:45-20:15

Part time availabe - any amount of the days per week!

**EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL**

Your role as a Team Leader:

• Managing, motivating and training Operatives; ensuring all tasks are understood and carried out efficiently and effectively in line with Company policies
• Ensuring all customer orders are packed correctly both in line with Company and customer requirements
• Maintaining the correct amount of raw materials in designated areas adhering to strict stock rotation procedures
• Undertaking all relevant checks, ensure they are performed, documented and in line with Company and legislative requirements to ensure products meet both the customer specification and the requirements of food safety legislation
• Communicating with all relevant departments including Production, Planning and QA to ensure any issues are addressed immediately
• Using Company IT systems
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, Health, and Safety within your area of responsibility to ensure product quality is maintained, and to minimise accidents and health problems to employees
