Challenge -trg are looking for an On site Recruitment Consultant to join their team In Greenford
This position will be working on site for one of the UK's Leading Supermarket Depots.
Days of work: 5 from 7 (Will include some weekend working)
Hours of work: 40hrs a week
Salary: £25,000.00 - £27,000.00 per annum.
This Will be a permanent position and will be reporting to the Contract Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and resourcing drivers
- Have a desire to meet targets and deadlines
- Exceed expectations set by the site Managers and Regional Manager
- Ensuring all drivers are compliant within the company's standards
- Communication with site managers and logistics drivers
Person specification:
- Good communication skills
- Works well within a team
- Meeting KPI deadlines and targets
- Basic knowledge of IT
- Have a good understanding of the usage of job boards and social media
- Flexibility and available to work at weekends
