We're on the lookout for a passionate individual who wants to help us make a difference to local communities here in Charnwood, Leicestershire.
The Council is recruiting for a Voids (Empty Property) Administrator.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to organise and catalogue data and information arriving daily at a pace. A good knowledge of Excel and Word will be essential to the role and an understanding of housing management systems would be desirable.
Knowledge of dealing with external contractors is required, as will the ability to assist the management team in the day to day running of the service by providing essential administrative support services.
You need to demonstrate that you can work as part of a team and still be organised enough to work well on your own. You will also be a key part of inter-departmental communications.
