Chloordinate are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Deputy Manager, to assist the Registered Manager in the running of a care home.

This is a permanent position, you will be hired by our client directly.

What will your duties be?
 Support the home manager in running the service, and cover in their absence
 Ensure standards of care are maintained
 Directly supervise the care floor, 2 days per week
 Assist in deputy management 2 days per week
 Ensure the service safely plans staffing levels including rota management
 Ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements
 Support in recruiting and developing new and existing care staff
 Support in supervising and performance managing the care team
 Care Reviews
 Maintain accurate records
 Complying with CQC essential standards


Desirable Experience and Skills:
12 months+ Experience in a similar role



Essential Experience and Skills:
Ideally Level 3 Qualified or willingness to take this course.
