General office and personal assistant, he or she will be responsible for collecting time sheet from staff and sending them by email to client, staff weekly rota, monitoring of staff, invoicing, payroll and all general office duties. Must have knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, power point, knowledge of Sage will be a huge advantage and some accounting experience would be preferred but not essential. Hours can be flexible. He or she must be driving.
