- Serves as an authoritative consultant and expert in the development, management, and implementation of IT project plans to include requirements development, cost, progress and performance schedules.
- Develops detailed project plans, tasks, schedules, and identifies milestone dates to ensure proper sequencing of events, work efforts, and resources to accomplish objectives.
- Evaluates and manages risk of the program through solid estimation and response planning techniques for each assigned project.
- Tracks related project’s cost throughout the acquisition life-cycle process in concert with financial management to ensure a clear and accurate on-going picture of associated costs and ensures cost data availability.
- Coordinates with civilian technical personnel within DoD to ensure architecture is compliant with the intent of regulatory policies, communication, software standards and with user requirements.
