Conquest Health Records have a 12m vacancy for an efficient and motivated Health Records Supervisor.
You will be part of a well-established and dedicated team and will work under the guidance of the Health Records Manager providing support and cover to the service as identified. You will be required to work autonomously and manage your own workload and at the same time be flexible to change and be willing to take direction of given tasks.

The successful candidate will be expected to ensure the Health Record team at Conquest Hospital delivers high quality core services by leading and managing the team to include managing attendance, daily KPI's, and the implementation of standards relating to Health Records practices, policies and procedures. They must be pro-active and work with relevant staff and departments to meet the changing needs of the Trust.
Successful applicants will require:
Ability to co-ordinate and monitor the day to day operational issues within the Health Records Team, ensuring that an effective and efficient service is provided to all service users.
To ensure compliance/requirements with Health Records related statutory regulations and associated documents and all other requirements are adhered to by all staff.
