Vacancy - Telesales Executive

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service via phone and email ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. You will actively encourage and expand sales through contacting new and existing businesses. You will also be responsible for regular administrative and sales duties to help the business run as smoothly as possible.

Responsibilities:

Sales
• Liaising with customers
• Quotes
• Customer orders
• Product research and identification
• Customer queries and problem solving
• Sales analysis if required
• Development of the UK market

Administrative
• Invoicing
• Scan, photocopy and file appropriate documents as needed
• Manage and book courier and freight forwarder requirements
• Frank and dispatch outgoing mail
• Maintaining, ordering, and restocking of office supplies
• Receive calls within a timely professional manner, transferring to the appropriate person via telephone and email
• Resolve courier and freight forwarder issues and raise necessary claims
• Draft, format, and print relevant documents
• Assist with general sales team administrative tasks and provide cover for Office Administration when required
• Responsible for accuracy of all paperwork and figure work

Additional
• Attend training, workshops, and meetings when requested
• Assist with any special assignments / projects as requested, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Experience and Skills

Work Experience
• Office based experience in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment
• Working in a team
• Experience of working with demanding timescales

Knowledge and Skills
• Good level of numeracy / literacy.
• Good IT skills and use of Microsoft suite of packages
• Good communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Knowledge of the market and industry
• Problem solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level

Our client is seasonal so in the summer period you work 40 hours and the winter period 34 hours. The average is 37 hours per week and your pay is based on this.

Job: Senior Food Production Operative

ESS Employment Ltd are looking for a Senior Food Production Operative to work for our client in Nailsworth. As a Senior Food Production Operative, you will be over seeing teams of 2-4 employees, working within a clean room environment handling food products. You will be weighing products, mixing, using catering equipment and packing in a state-of-the-art unit. Full training is given so we are looking for enthusiastic team players to join our clients growing team.

Main duties and responsibilities –
1-Overseeing a team of 2-4 employees
2-Hygiene Operations (cleaning of equipment, waste management)
3-Food handling and preparation.
4-Keeping working area clean and tidy
5-Some work to be carried out within cold storage areas.
6-Adhering to all site rules following induction.
7-PPE and clean room items will be assigned to you, which must be always worn. Including a disposable hair net, beard net if required, coat and gloves. Trainers and shoes will need to be covered with a disposable cover.
8-Must be fit and active and able lift to 25kg (occasional lifting)
9-Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
10-Understand the required standards that help minimise the risk to food safety including temperature control, cross contamination of products.
11-Completing traceability paperwork

Tasks–
1- Weighing vegetables, herbs, and spices
2- Mixing and Blending duties
3- Picking, packing, and dispatching of products
4- Making up and preparing boxes for delivery
5- Putting bags ready for delivery
6- General production duties

Please note that as you will be working in a food production environment no make-up, jewellery, watches, or any type of wrist band are allowed to be worn.
