Purpose of Post

The Information and Systems Officer will be responsible for providing technical, development and reporting support in relation to the social care case management system (Mosaic or comparable system) to maximise its effectiveness and contribution to business needs. The postholder will be responsible for managing and delivering to the priorities agreed by the Mosaic Ongoing Development Group and other relevant systems management groups

Hybrid working: 2-3 Days required in the office

Will consider part time or full time

£415 per day

3 - 6 month placement

Interviews commencing 9th & 10th September

Requires a basic DBS

The ideal person will have experience in a role developing, delivering and supporting ICT systems, including the Mosaic or comparable system, which support business and service requirements in a social care environment.

The rate is £17.65ph PAYE

The successful candidate will effectively respond to adult social care enquiries received within the Adult Social Care Advice and Information Service. They will undertake such follow up work, by adopting a strength based approach to contacts, in order to ensure customer satisfaction in reaching a conclusion. This role involves liaising with other sections as needed in accordance with procedures or instructions.

They will receive, triage and resolve adult social care enquiries using a strength based approach, helping people to help themselves either face to face, in writing or by telephone. Providing information and signposted advice to customers about the range of voluntary sector partners and other appropriate community services to help increase levels of customer independence.
