Requirements for - Fire Service Manager/ Fire Service Operations Manager/ Fire Alarm Account Manager
• Service Management of Engineers and Customers in Fire
• Manages SLA and KPI for customers and resolves problems
• Allocates service engineer resources and 1:1 with staff
• Providing solutions and ensuring reactive problem solving as need
• Support and lead Internal Service Desk and Coordination staff
• Visits customers for Service level reviews and problem solving
• Based in South East Commutable to London/ M25 as needed so Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, North Kent, Essex, Surrey, Middlesex, Berkshire, Hampshire, London, North Sussex, etc.
