Essential skills/ experience:
- Change Management Process and Governance: The candidate should have a strong understanding of change management processes and governance. They will be responsible for managing and implementing change initiatives to drive business goals.
- ServiceNow and Dashboard Creation: The candidate should have the ability to use ServiceNow and create dashboards. They will be responsible for managing and tracking change requests in ServiceNow and creating dashboards to report on key metrics.
- Confluence and Jira Tools: Operating experience of Confluence and Jira tools is required.
- Excel Expertise: Expertise in Excel is a must. The candidate will need to use Excel for data analysis, tracking and reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills are required. The candidate will need to work with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful and timely implementation of changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
