The role requires a strong engineering foundation, project management skills, and a good understanding of electronics. You will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into detailed specifications for the design team and tracking project progress throughout the entire product life cycle. Having an interest in the aviation, automotive, or space industries is advantageous, as is familiarity with RF signals and GNSS technologies.
Additionally, you will perform user acceptance testing, provide pre-sales support to distributors and customers, collaborate with the Marketing team on technical specifications, and participate in trade shows and customer visits when needed.

This position involves working with radio frequency technologies and equipment to ensure efficient and reliable wireless communication in telecommunication and electronics industry.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop RF systems, including antennas, amplifiers, filters, transmitters, receivers, and other components.
Conduct extensive testing and measurements on RF systems to evaluate performance, identify issues, and optimize system parameters
Develop and evaluate RF circuitry, including oscillators
Integrate RF components into larger systems, such as wireless communication networks or electronic devices. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration, perform compatibility tests, and resolve any interface issues.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Solid understanding of RF theory, electromagnetic wave propagation, and wireless communication principles.
Familiarity with wireless communication standards (e.g., GSM, CDMA, LTE, Wi-Fi) and protocols.

Electronic Design Engineer required to join a PCB product design and development team who work from product brief, use Cadence CAD tools mainly OrCAD and Allegro to design the solution, commissioning prototypes and move to manufacture.

You will have
Electronic degree or other relevant engineering discipline.
Electronic PCB design commercial experience.
Cadence design tool knowledge ideally OrCAD or Allegro.
Electronic and PCB design track record.

Role will be
Analogue and digital electronic design.
PCB layout design for prototyping then to manufacture.
Hardware debugging and fault find.
