What will I be doing?
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on small Education, Healthcare, and Care Home projects valued between £1m and £15m based in the West Midlands.
Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
- Preparation of bills and/or schedules for quantities of materials, labour and services required
- Cost reporting.
- Preparation and valuation of progress and submission to client.
- Sub-contract procurement including sending out enquiries, collating prices, negotiation, order placement.
- Sub-contract valuations and payments in connection with any contract.

Am I right for the role?
- At least 5+ years' Quantity Surveying experience.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor
- Education, Healthcare, or Care Home project experience within the last 5 years
- Experience working on projects valued upwards of £20m
