As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll support tenants to manage and maintain their own tenancies, ensuring buildings are safe, performing safety compliance checks in buildings and tenants’ homes.

What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out scheduled health and safety checks, fire alarm testing, and building safety checks in line with health and safety regulations.
• Ensuring the functionality and performance of tenants’ emergency call systems.
• Tenancy management, including pre- and post-void inspections, accompanying prospective tenants on property viewings, and completing sign-up documentation.
• Supporting tenants by producing support and wellbeing plans, and being the first point of contact for all tenant, family, contractor, or visitor enquiries.
• Maintaining general administration systems and setting up new suppliers, ordering goods and paying invoices when necessary.
What we’re looking for:
• NVQ level 2 in social care or similar would be ideal
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
