Job Summary
Spec- in and complete product selling proposals based on customer specification or customer requirements and budget in order to achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a database of M&E Consultant and Developer.
- Gain a thorough understanding of current brands in the market.
- Research on competitors.
- Spec-in AireGard and/or other company products to residential / commercial / industrial projects.
- Create mass mailers related to upcoming product training and events.
- Inform sales team of current projects in the field.
- Participate in trade shows, ARCHIDEX events & etc.
- Maintain/create literature and other materials for M&E consultants.
- Visit M&E consultants to present company products and solutions.
- Contact, distribute and maintain product binders for target groups.
- Work with the sales team on various initiatives.
- Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent number of years of experience.
- At least 1 to 2 years of related experience in the M&E engineering field.
- Fresh grads are still encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical competence knowledge.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD Drawing will be added advantage.
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to all levels of the audience.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Positive attitudes, teamwork, and a self-motivated person.
- Flexible and outgoing personality.
